Conservation Crew Supervisor
Yamila, a Chicago native, moved to the Bay Area in 2021 to study Environmental Science at the University of San Francisco. Since then, she was an Americorps volunteer, American Conservation Experience intern with National Park Service, and most recently, a Natural Resources Crew Supervisor for Conservation Corps North Bay. Her passion is to connect youth to careers in the outdoors, and inspire them to be passionate about the environment. During her free time, she teaches yoga and likes to hike.
