Conservation Crew Supervisor
Naudika began their conservation journey at Civicorps as a Corpsmember in January 2023, quickly distinguishing themself through dedication and leadership. After advancing into a Crew Leader role, they continued to build both technical and leadership skills, later joining the Eastern Sierra backcountry trails program to deepen their field experience. Today, as a supervisor, they bring back the knowledge gained from the backcountry program and vegetation management with Marin Municipal Water District to support and guide emerging conservation leaders. Their work reflects a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, collaboration, and community impact.
