Malcolm has had a passion for change in our society since he was a child. In adulthood, his passion has crystallized around the issues of economic empowerment, education, poverty alleviation, civil rights, social justice, human rights, and environmentalism. Throughout his career in both the private and public sectors he’s advanced organizational success while transforming operations, using creative innovation to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and positively affect the bottom line. Malcolm currently serves as Director, Major Gifts & Donor Relations for the YMCA of San Francisco.
Malcolm holds a BA in English from Binghamton University. Outside of work, he loves food, music, boxing, movies, TV, fashion, art, arcades, stand-up comedy, pop culture, and travel, and will gladly talk with you for hours about any of them.
