Steven is principal and founder of Westwind-30 Consulting and has an extensive background in the field of Commercial Real Estate Development and Management within complex urban environments, including San Francisco and Oakland. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s of Public Administration from California State University at Hayward.
